Hizmet

Tabirhane, yazdığın rüyayı yapay zekâ yardımıyla yorumlayan ve isteğe bağlı görsel hikâye üreten bir uygulamadır.

Tabirler eğlence ve kişisel farkındalık amaçlıdır. Tıbbi, psikolojik, hukuki ya da mali tavsiye değildir; kararlarını yalnızca tabire dayandırma. Ciddi bir sıkıntın varsa bir uzmana başvur.

Hesap ve yaş

Uygulamayı kullanmak için 18 yaşını doldurmuş olman gerekir.

Anonim kimliğin cihazına bağlıdır. Uygulamayı silersen Google ile bağlamadığın sürece kredilerin ve üretimlerin geri gelmez.

Görsel Kredisi ve ödemeler

Görsel hikâye üretimi kredi ile çalışır. Bir sahne bir kredidir; kaç kredi harcanacağı üretim başlamadan gösterilir ve sen onaylamadan kredi düşülmez.

Krediler Google Play üzerinden satın alınır. İade ve iptal Google Play kurallarına tabidir; iade edilen satın almanın kredileri geri alınır.

Üretim tamamlanamazsa ya da bir sahne başarısız olursa o sahnenin kredisi iade edilir.

Krediler nakde çevrilemez, devredilemez.

Reklamlar

Uygulama reklam gösterir. Ödüllü reklam izleyerek kazanılan Görsel Kredisi günlük tavana tabidir ve yalnızca Google’ın sunucumuza ilettiği doğrulama sonrasında yazılır; doğrulama gelmezse kredi verilmez.

Reklam ödülünü otomatik araçlarla, sahte cihazlarla ya da hileyle çoğaltmak yasaktır; tespit edilirse krediler geri alınır ve hesap kapatılabilir.

Kabul edilemez kullanım

Hizmeti yasa dışı içerik üretmek, başkalarına zarar vermek, sistemi kötüye kullanmak ya da otomatik yollarla aşırı yüklemek için kullanamazsın.

Yapay zekâ sağlayıcılarının içerik kurallarına aykırı istekler reddedilebilir.

İçerik ve fikri haklar

Yazdığın rüyalar sana aittir. Bize yalnızca istediğin hizmeti sunmak için gereken sınırlı kullanım hakkını verirsin.

Üretilen tabir ve görselleri kişisel amaçlarla kullanabilirsin. Uygulamanın tasarımı, adı ve yazılımı bize aittir.

Sorumluluk

Hizmet “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Yapay zekâ çıktıları hatalı, eksik ya da beklenmedik olabilir.

Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, hizmetin kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Sorumluluğumuz, son 12 ayda bize ödediğin tutarla sınırlıdır.

Değişiklik ve fesih

Hizmeti ve bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde yeniden onayına sunulur.

Koşulları ihlal eden hesapları askıya alabilir ya da kapatabiliriz. Sen de istediğin an uygulamayı silebilir ve hesabının silinmesini isteyebilirsin.

Uygulanacak hukuk ve iletişim

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.

The service

Tabirhane interprets the dream you write with the help of AI and can optionally produce a visual story.

Readings are for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice; do not base decisions solely on a reading. If you are struggling, please talk to a professional.

Account and age

You must be at least 18 years old to use the app.

Your anonymous identity is tied to your device. If you uninstall the app without linking Google, your credits and generations cannot be restored.

Visual Credits and payments

Visual stories run on credits. One scene costs one credit; the cost is shown before generation starts and no credit is charged until you confirm.

Credits are bought through Google Play. Refunds and cancellations follow Google Play rules; credits from a refunded purchase are removed.

If a generation cannot finish or a scene fails, that scene’s credit is refunded.

Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

The app shows ads. Visual Credits earned by watching rewarded ads are subject to a daily cap and are written only after Google’s verification reaches our server; without it no credit is granted.

Multiplying ad rewards with automated tools, fake devices or fraud is prohibited; if detected, credits are removed and the account may be closed.

Unacceptable use

You may not use the service to produce unlawful content, harm others, abuse the system or overload it by automated means.

Requests that violate the AI providers’ content rules may be refused.

Content and intellectual property

Your dreams belong to you. You grant us only the limited right needed to provide the service you request.

You may use generated readings and images for personal purposes. The app’s design, name and software belong to us.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or unexpected.

To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes and termination

We may update the service and these terms; material changes are presented for acceptance inside the app.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You may delete the app and request deletion of your account at any time.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
